HOW DOES IT WORK?
* I know food !! and how to balance any food into people's lives and they always lose weight!!
* Clients come to me once a week in total privacy.
Whereby l find out the food they love to eat, and there activities for the week.
* Then on a special format sheet divided into the days and meals of the week,
l write out what you desire for each meal.
Then giving you 6 to 10 different choices, but only the food you love.
* Clients also receive extra treats such deserts, chocolate, cakes, Potatoe chips etc,
or whatever they desire. .
* Take their format meals sheet home. Choose what they love to eat.
You follow the meals plan as I have written out and you lose weight.
